What are your responsibilities?
As a Senior Sous Chef you will be accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations. You exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the team and managing all food related functions. You continually strive to improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. And of course you utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others. Finally, you provide directions for menu development.
What makes you the perfect fit?
To be eligible for this position you…
Have at least 6 years of experience in the kitchen (preferably in an international hotel chain)
Have a degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant management, or a related major
Can communicate fluently English, another language is of course a plus;
