The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for a Guest Service Manager!
What are my responsibilities?
As a Guest Service Manager, you ensure the highest level of hospitality and service. You exceed our guest expectations on a daily basis. You provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention. You manage the flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby. You serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors. You provide guidance and feedback to help individuals develop and strengthen skills and abilities needed to accomplish work objectives.

You understand customer needs and set high standards of performance.
To be eligible for this position you…
  • Have a bachelor degree in Hotel Management or related major.
  • Have experience in a Guest Relations, Duty Management or Front Office position or related.
  • Can communicate fluently in English and preferably in Dutch.
  • Have international working experience.
  • Have right to work in the Netherlands.
