Because we are looking for a Salary Administrator for our 2 Amsterdam City Hotels – Andaz and Hyatt Regency!

Who and what are WE looking for?
• Someone eager to join our HR team while working closely together with the Finance department;
• A multi-tasker who is able to process employee payroll administration for both hotels (monthly), handling joiners, leavers and changes;
• A problem solver who can keep track of and improve leave administration (vacation, special leave etc);
• An organized person who can keep track of working hours; 
• Confidence, energy and cleverness;
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm and pro-activism;
• A bubbly personality who can be the contact person for all payroll-related questions from colleagues

About YOU:
• You have great language and communication skills in English and in Dutch;
• You have (some) experience with payroll systems, ideally having worked with ADP;
• You have a relevant degree to go along with your experience;
• You are familiar with the Hospitality Industry (and love it!);
• You have an eye for detail and great organizational skills;
• You do not back away from administrative tasks, projects and responsibilities;
• You work well with Microsoft Office and other programs, being especially good at Excell;
• You are holding a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
