We care a lot about our colleagues and that is why we are looking for a new Human Resources Generalist to support our established and new hotels in The Netherlands. We want you to maintain and develop the long-established Accor and Mövenpick history of commitment to their guests and employees while on-boarding our Dutch teams into the HR-Group, a collection of unique and individual hotels under different brands across Europe. (

You will support areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Compliance, Payroll, Recruitment, Sourcing and Training & Development.



  • Recruitment and Sourcing of new talent on all levels
  • HR compliance as laid out in the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement. Labor time agreement, Sickness regulations and the company’s rules and regulations
  • Point of contact for external partners like Arbo Service, UWV, Schools, etc
  • Monthly payroll preparation
  • Support training activities
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events and programs
  • Be a speaking partner for all employees and department heads regarding HR topics

You have 2-3 years of previous experience from both operations and HR, preferably from a larger organization in a guest or customer facing environment like hotels, restaurant groups, retail or other tourism related sectors. In addition to your experience your personality and passion for people are more important than anything else





  • You have a hands-on personality and are not afraid to join any “All Hands on Deck” call – no hotel day is ever the same
  • See yourself as a competent HR Generalist
  • Possess good communication and relationship building skills
  • Speak Dutch and English on a professional level
  • Know your way around a computer, incl. HR relevant softwares
  • Basic Financial/Accounting skills preferred
  • Excited about being a part of a small and agile team
  • Bring a value driven and service-oriented personality

  • Experience Based Salary in line with Horeca CAO
  • Full Time Contract with immediate start date – but for the right candidate we are flexible
