Job description
We are looking for a Guest Service Center Agent (Whatever/ Whenever Agent) who is passionate about W, passionate about music, style and innovation. It is critical that the Whatever/ Whenever Agent represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers. They, like the rest of our ‘talent’ are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.

Responsibilities
The job of a Whatever/ Whenever Agent is to ensure that our guests are welcomed by phone right after they are checked-in. Make sure all requests are handled with care like in-room-dining orders, amenity/ on-call-item requests and payment requests. Excellent organization skills are a must. Also, the incoming emails will be your responsibility.

As Whatever/ Whenever, we need to be extremely knowledgeable of the hotel, the facilities and the area. Communication with other departments is very important to ensure an efficient operation. Multitasking will be part of the job and you should be able to remain calm in sometimes busy situations. As a Whatever/ Whatever Agent you occasionally have to deal with challenging situations, you should be confident in dealing with those. You also find ways to resolve issues to our guests satisfaction.

Whatever/ Whenever is covered 24/7 and the different shifts are rotated between all talents. We all take great pride in being part of the team: knowing we help build memories and making their stay special together!

Requirements

  • MBO / HBO Thinking Level

  • Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role as Guest Service Agent

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in Luxury Segment is an advantage.
