For our F&B Office we are looking for a motivated Communications Manager. Are you someone with strong organizational and communication skills? Are you committed to excellence? Then we invite you to apply for this awesome position!

What are you going to do?

As an F&B communications manager you are providing an efficient and effective administrative support to the Executive Chef in order to ensure smooth operation of the F&B Administrative Office. You are expected to liaise between the F&B department and other departments. You will be in charge of the F&B reservation & delivery system, create the menus, and manage the Taiko (Bar and Cuisine) websites and social media accounts. Finally, you will be in charge of the PR for the F&B outlets and the Executive Chef.

Who are you?

You are structured, have the ability to work under pressure and are result oriented. You possess excellent communication skills, know how to prioritize tasks and are able to maintain good relationships with both internal and external guests (especially with regards to suppliers) and all members of your department. 

Furthermore you:

Are able to communicate and write in English and Dutch on a high professional level (MUST)
Have 3 years of experience within in the F&B (operational or administrative)
Have a degree in hospitality (HBO) (MUST)
Have amazing Excel skills (besides other Office programs) 
Are able to think critically and problem-solve in a fast matter
Live in or around Amsterdam (MUST)
