What does the ROLE entail?
  • Handling all enquiries and customer requests promptly, in a courteous, efficient and professional manner;
  • Reporting any complaints or problems and, if no immediate solution can be found, ensuring that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner;
  • Working closely with all departments in order to satisfy the needs of others in this fast-paced environment;
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks, ensuring that all records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Hotel are accurate and complete.

  • At least 1 year experience working in Events and/or Sales, preferably in a Hotel;
  • A degree in Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent experience;
  • Great language and communication skills in English and (ideally) in Dutch;
  • Unafraid of sales related administrative tasks, projects and responsibilities;
  • A fun, loving and energizing person;
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service;
  • Outstanding organizational and administration skills;
  • Aware of proper telephone etiquette and confident when on the phone;
  • Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
